The short version

Negotiation Room does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. Everything you write stays on your device.

Data collection

• We do not collect personal information.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
• The app contains no third-party SDKs.
• The app does not require an account and makes no network connections.

Your content

Deals, prep sheets, debriefs and statistics are stored only in the app's local database on your device. Backups you export are ordinary files under your control; we never receive a copy. PDF briefs you create are shared only where you choose to send them.

Face ID / Touch ID

If you enable the app lock, authentication is handled entirely by iOS on your device. The app never sees or stores your biometric data.

Notifications

Negotiation-day reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
